1. Deposit and Reservation Regulations
Tenants complete deposit procedures to reserve a room as agreed. The reservation deposit will be converted into a security deposit or deducted from the first month's rent depending on the agreement. In case of cancellation not following the commitment, the deposit is non-refundable.
2. Lease Agreement Regulations
Lease contracts have a minimum term as agreed (typically 6 to 12 months). The contract clearly stipulates the rights, obligations of both parties, rental rates, payment cycles, and breach terms.
3. Utilities and Additional Fees
Living costs including electricity, water, service fees (cleaning, elevator, Wi-Fi, waste management), and parking fees are publicly and transparently listed based on actual meter readings or fixed building rates.
4. Post-Rental Support & Maintenance
KeyZone Home commits to receiving and addressing technical, plumbing, electrical, and facility issues within 24 to 48 hours upon receiving tenant notifications.
5. Transparency Commitment
We guarantee no hidden fees outside the signed agreement. Any changes in building rules or utility rates will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
